Which locations do you serve?
      Equipment rental is currently available in the Columbus, Georgia, and Atlanta, Georgia,
      areas ONLY. If you are not sure, please contact us to find out if your location is in our service
      area.

How do I rent the fitness equipment?
    
 Simply use our "Rent Now" online form to submit basic contact information to rentagym.com
     and one of our representatives will contact you by phone within 24 hours to complete your rental      agreement and to make arrangements for delivery of your fitness equipment. If you prefer, you
     may call us at 706-256-6375 to apply for a rental.

How does the rental agreement work?
     
Our fitness equipment rented on a month-to-month basis, beginning the day of delivery.

How much do you charge for assembly and delivery to my home or business?
     
Set up and delivery of our fitness equipment to your home is provided free of charge to our
     customers.

How do I pay for the equipment I am renting?
      Your first payment is due at the time of delivery once you are 100% satisfied with the setup.
      After your first payment you will then make monthly payments. All payments must be made
      by credit card or debit card draft. Your contract automatically cancels upon your pick up
      notification to rentagym.com.

If I place my order today, when can I expect delivery?
     Delivery is usually made within 5 days of your order, but may take longer depending upon
     demand.

Will I need to be home to receive delivery of my equipment?
     You or a family member will need to be home to sign for the equipment and to make sure
     the equipment is placed in your home or business to your specifications.

Do you deliver after hours or on weekends?
     We will try to work with you to schedule delivery at your convenience.

What if I do not wish to own the equipment, but just want to rent it for a few months?
     
All of our fitness equipment is rented on a month-to-month basis. The length of time you want to
     rent the equipment is left for you to decide. After 15-months of payments, however, you own the      equipment. If you wish to cancel before that time we will gladly pick up the equipment from your  
     location and terminate your contract.

What if, after renting and using the equipment, I decide I do not want it anymore?
    
 When your monthly rental period expires, we will gladly pick up the equipment. Please notify
     us at least 5 days before the end of of your rental agreement for that month.

How do I notify rentagym.com that I want my equipment picked up?
      Simply compete and submit the pick up notification form located on our website to notify us
      when you are ready for us to pick up your fitness equipment. Once we receive notification, a
      representative from rentagym.com will contact you to confirm and to schedule your pick up.
      You are required to notify us at least 5 days prior to your next payment's due date or
      your monthly rental charge may be applied.

Can I purchase fitness equipment from rentagym.com without going through the 
      rental process?
      
Yes, all of our fitness equipment can be purchased outright without going through the rental
      process. If a particular item you are interested in purchasing is not in our inventory, it may be
      possible for us to special order it for you.

Does the equipment come with a warranty?
    
 All of our rented equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If, however, you ever
     have a problem with the equipment during your rental period, please let us know and we will
     help take care of the issue.

What if I am not getting the results I want from the equipment?
      We strongly suggest that you consider participating in our Wellness Program that we offer for
      a nominal fee. The program provides motivation and structure to help you benefit from using
      the equipment. However, if you choose not to take advantage of this valuable service and decide
      not to keep the equipment, you may contact Rent A Gym and we will pick it up, free of charge.

Should I check with my doctor before starting an exercise program?
      You should always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
