What do I need to rent-to-own fitness equipment today?
     You will need to provide certain information to Rent A Gym (two references, employment
     information, and a valid driver's license, and you must pay the first month's rental fee at time
     of rental.

How many rental payments must I make before I own the equipment?
     After you have made 12 monthly rental payments, the equipment belongs to you.

What if I do not wish to own the equipment, but just want to rent it for a few months?
     In addition to our rent-to-own plan, we do offer short-term rentals. You can choose the number
     of months you want to rent the equipment on a month-to-month basis.

Can I purchase fitness equipment from your store without going through the
      rent-to-own process?
      Absolutely, all of our fitness equipment can be purchased outright without going through the
      rent-to-own process. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. If a particular item you
      are interested in purchasing is not in our inventory, it may be possible for us to special order
      it for you.

I don't see a particular piece of equipment or a certain model I am looking for on the
     website. Do you have other equipment available that is not shown on the website?
     Yes, we do have other fitness equipment in addition to what is shown on our website. Our
     website includes only a sampling of the equipment and models we have available. Please
     contact us for a complete listing of the equipment we currently have in stock. If the particular
     item you are interested in is not in our inventory, it may be possible for us to acquire it.*

     * Our rental equipment is limited to a certain collection of items. However, if you are looking to
       buy a piece of equipment outright, we may be able to special order it for you.     

Do you require automatic bank draft? What other methods of payment do you accept?
     We offer automatic bank draft as well as automatic credit card draft as a convenience for our
     clients, however, this is not a requirement. Other payment options include cash, check, and
     these major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How much do you charge for assembly and delivery to my home or business?
     Set up and delivery of our fitness equipment to your home is provided free of charge to our
     customers within a 25-mile range of our store. Beyond that range, there is a nominal
     "trip charge" for delivery.

If I place my order today, when can I expect delivery?
     We will try to work with you to schedule delivery at your convenience, usually 1-2 days.

Will I need to be home to receive delivery of my equipment?
     You or a family member will need to be home to sign for the equipment and to make sure
     the equipment is placed in your home or business to your specifications.

Do you deliver after hours or on weekends?
     We will try to work with you to schedule delivery at your convenience.

Does the equipment come with a warranty?
     All of our rented equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If, however, you ever
     have a problem with the equipment during your rental period, please let us know and we will
     help take care of the issue.

What if I get my equipment home and decide I do not want it?
     When your monthly rental period expires, we will gladly pick up the equipment. Please notify
     us at least 2-3 days before the end of of your rental agreement for that month.

What if I am not getting the results I want from the equipment?
      We strongly suggest that you consider participating in our Wellness Program that we offer for
      a nominal fee. The program provides motivation and structure to help you benefit from using
      the equipment. However, if you choose not to take advantage of this valuable service and decide
      not to keep the equipment, you may contact Rent A Gym and we will pick it up, free of charge.

Should I check with my doctor before starting an exercise program?
      You should always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
